This exclusive SampleRobot® premium sample collection contains a lot of extraordinary original sounds from the synthesizers Hartmann Neuron and Roland SH-101 that can be used not only for dubbing video games but also for composing music and experimental sound design. You can find sound effects in all nuances like atmospheres, textures, laser guns, explosions, weapon sounds, missile impacts, alert sounds, computer effects, wind atmospheres, ignitions, loop effects, noises, signal sounds and various unique sound effects. Because of the neuronal sound engine of the Hartmann Neuron synthesizer a lot of samples are extremely vivid and unique. The real analog sound engine of the Roland SH-101 synthesizer is responsible for many punchy sounds in this collection.

The Game Sound Effects Bundle 1 contains 222 single sounds, some of them looped, in WAV format, 44.1 kHz, 24 Bit and also three SoundFont2 files including all 222 samples. The SoundFont2 files can be loaded directly into popular software samplers. This enables you to play all sounds instantly via a connected MIDI keyboard and to use the sounds flexibly within your composition environment. Data size of the Game Sound Effects Bundle 1 is 224.7 MB (222 single samples and 3 SoundFont2 files).

For the creation of this premium sample collection SampleRobot® was used to preserve optimum sound quality and dynamics of the original sounds and to set perfect loop points.

and you, the end user of the SampleRobot® Premium Samples.

Please read this following licence agreement text carefully, before you download the software on your computer. As soon as you click on "add to card", you are accepting the following conditions. If you don’t agree to the conditions, do not click on "add to card".

1. Terms of this Agreement

Valid are only the content of this license agreement between SKYLIFE and the user of the SampleRobot® Premium Samples. Conflicting and different conditions are not recognized by SKYLIFE. Excepted are conditions that are granted individually by SKYLIFE in written form.

2. License Conditions

There are two different types of licenses: I.) license of the software after payment of a license fee II.) license of a "Not For Resale" (NFR) software version ad I.) In cosideration of payment of the license fee, which is part of the price you paid for this product, SKYLIFE as licensor grants to you the license, a nonexclusive right to use this copy of SampleRobot® Premium Samples on max. 2 computer systems for your music, audio and multimedia productions. An installation on additional computer systems is not possible, unless further licenses are purchased from SKYLIFE.

ad II.) The usage of a NFR software version is only possible for testing and evaluation purpose. Commercial usage, for example to create a sound library or any other product that contains sound samples, is prohibited. All files and sounds such as audio files, instruments, multi or single samples may not be copied, published or sold in any way, no matter if they are offered free of charge or after payment only. NFR software versions can be installed on two different computer systems.

ad I.) + II.) As the licensee, you own the physical media or data space on which the software is originally or subsequently recorded or fixed, but SKYLIFE retains the title and ownership of the SampleRobot® Premium Samples software, any included audio, video and help files, all copies and the documentation. The license is not a sale of the original software or any copy. The software and all included files such as audio and video files may not be transfered to anyone free of charge or for a fee. In no event may you transfer, assign, rent, lease, sell or otherwise dispose on the software.

This software and accompanying written materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized copying of the software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with other software, or of the written materials is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this license. Subject to these restrictions and if the software is not copy-protected, you may make a copy of the software solely for private backup purposes.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the SampleRobot® Premium Samples software or any other materials from SKYLIFE. No parts of the software may be removed or extracted for usage with other software.

4. Warranty and limited Warranty

The software and accompanying written materials including instructions for use are provided „as is“ without warranties of any kind. Further, SKYLIFE does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the result and performance of the software is assumed by you and not SKYLIFE or its developers, dealers, distributors, agents or employees. You agree to assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. The brand and product ownership of SampleRobot® is retained by SKYLIFE.

Neither SKYLIFE nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, distribution or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like.

The maximum liability to SKYLIFE under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of this product. - this means that there is no liability for users of NFR software versions.

SKYLIFE or its distributors warrants to the original licensee that the disk(s) on which the software is recorded is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery as evidenced by a copy of the receipt.

SKYLIFE is not liable for any damage caused by the usage or distribution of the created sample content by you or any third parties. This means that SKYLIFE is not liable if the user or a third party uses SampleRobot® to sample or copy or edit copyrighted instruments, sounds, sound names, sound programs or samples when they are copied, published, sold, modified or used commercially in any other way.

5. Support

Registered users of SampleRobot® that are registered with their personal data at SKYLIFE may use the email address support@samplerobot.de to get free technical support to resolve software specific issues or issues that are related to the installation of the software.

6. Effectiveness and Conditions

If any parts of this agreement are found to be unenforceable, void, illegal or invalid they shall be severed from this agreement and all the other provisions shall remain in force in full both as to force and effect. Place of jurisdiction is Ludwigsburg. This license agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
